이 방침은 Hephaestosian(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 감정카드(Emotion Cards)에 적용됩니다.
감정카드는 계정 체계 자체가 없으며, 다음 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
회원가입·로그인 절차가 없으므로, 개발자는 특정 이용자를 식별하거나 그 이용자가 앱에서 무엇을 했는지 알 수 없습니다.
앱을 사용하면 아래 정보가 기기 내부 저장공간의 파일로 저장됩니다. 외부로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자를 포함한 누구에게도 공유되지 않습니다.

이 정보는 앱 전용 저장 영역에 보관되며, 다른 앱이 읽을 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이 정보도 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
이 앱은 무료로 제공되며 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. 이를 위해 Google은 광고 ID(Android 광고 ID, AAID)를 수집하고 이용할 수 있으며, 이는 광고를 게재하고 그 성과를 측정하기 위한 목적입니다.

광고 없애기를 구매하면 광고 ID가 수집되지 않습니다. 광고가 제거된 상태이면 앱이 광고 SDK를 초기화하지 않으므로, 광고가 표시되지 않을 뿐 아니라 광고 ID에 대한 접근 자체가 일어나지 않습니다.
'광고 없애기'는 월 구독 또는 평생(1회 결제)으로 제공되며, 결제는 Google Play 또는 App Store가 처리합니다.
광고를 표시하기 위해 인터넷 연결과 광고 ID를 사용하며(위 4항), 이는 이용자의 별도 동의 절차가 필요한 권한이 아닙니다. 광고 ID는 기기 설정에서 언제든 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
감정카드는 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 이 앱은 부모·교사 등 성인이 아이와 함께 감정 어휘를 이야기하며 사용하도록 설계된 도구이며, 앱의 설치·구매·설정은 성인이 수행하는 것을 전제로 합니다.
개발자는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 앞서 밝힌 대로 이 앱은 계정이 없고 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 구조적으로 아동의 개인정보가 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 아래 서비스가 각자의 방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.

이 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상이 없습니다. 다만 광고와 관련해서는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있으며, 구독은 Google Play 또는 App Store에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다.
이 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 수정된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내합니다.

This policy applies to the mobile application Emotion Cards provided by Hephaestosian (the "Developer").
Emotion Cards has no account system and does not collect the following:
Because there is no sign-up or login, the Developer cannot identify a particular user or know what that user did in the App.
As you use the App, the following is saved as files in your device's internal storage. It is not transmitted anywhere and is not shared with anyone, including the Developer.

This information is kept in the app's private storage and cannot be read by other apps. If you delete the App, this information is deleted from the device as well.
The App is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. For this, Google may collect and use an advertising ID (Android Advertising ID, AAID) to serve ads and measure their performance.

If you purchase Remove Ads, the advertising ID is not collected. When ads are removed, the App does not initialize the ad SDK, so not only are ads not shown — the advertising ID is never accessed at all.
"Remove Ads" is offered as a monthly subscription or a lifetime (one-time) purchase, and payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store.
To show ads it uses an internet connection and the advertising ID (section 4), which are not permissions requiring separate consent. You can reset the advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings at any time.
Emotion Cards is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is a tool designed for adults (parents or teachers) to use together with a child while talking about emotion vocabulary, and installation, purchases, and settings are meant to be done by an adult.
The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As noted above, the App has no accounts and collects no personally identifying information, so structurally no child's personal information reaches the Developer.
The Developer does not sell or provide your information to third parties. However, the services below process data under their own policies.

The Developer does not retain your personal information (there is nothing to retain because none is collected). Information stored on the device is deleted when you delete the App, and you can also delete or reset data within the App.
Because this App collects no personal information, there is nothing to request access to, correction of, or deletion of. For advertising, you can reset the advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings, and you can cancel a subscription anytime in Google Play or the App Store.
If this policy changes, the updated content and effective date will be posted on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through an app update.
