ZenBell (the "App"), developed by Hephaestosian, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the efforts made to protect your data.

ZenBell is a standalone application that does not use an external server or separate user accounts. We fundamentally do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly from our users.

1. Information We Collect

ZenBell DOES NOT collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number directly. However, to provide essential services, the following non-personally identifiable information is processed:

                Transparency on Device Data:

                The App uses a device's unique Advertising Identifier (ADID/IDFA) for advertising services. This is anonymized data and is used only by Google AdMob for ad serving. This data handling is governed by Google and Apple's platform policies.

2. Use of Information & Third-Party Sharing

ZenBell uses the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

Service Feature Maintenance: Storing usage counts and subscription status (e.g., ad-removal) locally on your device to ensure feature functionality.
Advertising Services: Serving relevant ads and measuring revenue through Google AdMob.
Payment Processing: Securely verifying in-app purchases via platform-native payment systems.

Since ZenBell does not collect PII directly, we do not share personal data with third parties. Information related to ads and payments is managed by the respective service providers (Google, Apple).

3. Children's Privacy

ZenBell is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If we discover that such information has been collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with information without consent, please contact us immediately.

4. Data Retention and Destruction

All information is retained only in the local storage of the user's device and is not stored on any external server. Upon deleting the App or clearing its data, all local information is immediately and permanently destroyed.

5. User Rights

Users have the right to destroy all local information by deleting the App. To opt-out of personalized advertising, users can adjust their "Limit Ad Tracking" settings in their device's operating system (iOS/Android).
