1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using BodySignal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Guideline 2.5.1)

BodySignal is a self-tracking tool intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

The App may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

4. Apple HealthKit Integration

The App uses Apple’s HealthKit API to provide a comprehensive view of your health metrics.

5. User Accounts & Data Security

We use Firebase for secure data storage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Google, Apple ID, or Anonymous Login). Hephaestosian is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from the compromise of your device or third-party login accounts.

6. Data Ownership & Deletion

You retain ownership of all data you input. You may delete your data or terminate your account at any time within the App settings. Upon account deletion, all personal records will be permanently removed from our databases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hephaestosian shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to health-related decisions or data inaccuracies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Korea.
